We have a saying in this part of Africa, that everything comes from the U.S, the good, the bad, the bitter and the sour. That on its own is a pointer towards scrutinizing and extrapolating the future of any AMERICAN organization masquerading as a "problem solver" or "support mechanism", whichever name you might call it.
That being said, I think all we need is more of an open-source colony, as opposed to a close-knit swarm demanding undue attention and unnecessary time consuming efforts. The Quiet One - The intentions of the founders of any cult are often noble in the beginning, but cults always have a way of gradually metamorphosizing to becoming destructive, once power is involved, authority will be harnessed, two forces that are so difficult to relinquish, then automatically comes control. Suddenlly, a random President John Cedars giving directives on how we should conduct ourserlves at the next protest stage, appointing regional coordinators amongst EX-JWs in their various countries, various meet-ups emerging, speeches assigned to gifted speakers amongst the communitites and et. al, before you know it another "difficult-to-leave" group will emerge.

Before you know it, some ex-COs, ex-DOs and disfellowshipped bethelites will become strong stakeholders in AAWA, and again running the association like another religious cult, making us face a greater hell than we once knew, and then things will really get sour, änother vicious circle, and this time the group's ideology wont be based on any popular canon, but a few tyrant wielding their logic on our face without any possibility for questionning.
